Overall it was relaxing experience and I liked the stay. I had room with a comfortable bed. Everything was simply perfect.

Well-equipped and modern rooms overall with a comfortable bed, body wash, shampoo. Great setting, close enough to Shambles as well as the city centre. Amazing staff, contactable if needed.

The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and we loved the view of the river outside. The building itself had beautiful original features, such as columns and exposed walls, adding a unique charm to our stay.

Spacious, modern, quiet, and comfortable. Well-equipped kitchenette. Tea, coffee, and snacks provided. Surprised with a cake and champagne for a birthday celebration. Easy access to keys and carpark. Not cramped despite being in one area. Quiet location with easy access to the city center. Convenient walkway access. Comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Finally found a sensor night light in the toilet.

I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped kitchenette which made preparing meals a breeze. The hosts even left a delicious cake and champagne as a birthday surprise, which was truly amazing. Despite a slight issue with the heating, the room overall was quiet and comfortable. The free parking and WiFi were definitely a plus. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.
